A portrait session for my spontaneous clients. With all the rain California has received this Winter, we are bound to see a Super Bloom this early Spring. Location and time TBD once the blooms have arrived.
Available for Families, Couples, Seniors, & Maternity.
60 Minute Session, 60 Finished Images via digital gallery, full-resolution download, options for ordering additional images and prints. After booking your session I will keep an eye on location options and connect with you to finalize details.

A $99 deposit secures your booking, remaining balance of $451 will be due 1 day before your session.
Deposits are non-refundable, and only transferrable at the discretion of Marilyn Days Photography.
What should I expect?
Nothing to be nervous about, my goal is for this to be as comfortable an experience as possible for you & yours. A laid back 60 minutes of shooting yeilding 50 finished images. You'll also have the opprotunity to pruchase prints or additional images.
I view my sessions as a creative collaboration and exploration of the present moment. It's not about coming together to pose for photos, but rather a time you set aside to be with your loved one(s) and be seen as you are. If children are present I will let them set the pace and give them time to gain my trust before asking too much of them. I've been photographing folks for 10 years and I've learned how to direct my subjects throughout the session, while still allowing for your natrual self to shine through.
how much does this cost?
The total cost of this session is $550. A depsoit of $99 secures your booking and the remaining balance of $451 is due 1 day before your session. Installments are available by request.
Where will we be taking photos?
The location for this session is to be determined. I will monitor local options for Super Bloom locations and coordinate with you to find a time that works best for everyone involved.
What should I wear?
My only rule is to wear something you're comfortable in, if you feel like yourself in it, it's the right choice.
If you need more direction: Solid colors work wonderful, if you're totally stumped try putting everyone in their own solid color and see if the colors look nice togehter. I reccomend staying away from bright patterns and obvious logos or words on clothing.
Should I prepare anything?

How many photos will I recieve and when should I expect them?
You'll receive 60 finished images uploaded to a private digital gallery where you'll have a full resolution download anytime you need it. You'll also have options for ordering prints shipped directly to you, or you can download at full resolution for safe keeping/ printing on your own.
You can expect your gallery 3-4 weeks after your session date.
